If you guys like western food like ribs and steak then Cafe Cartel will be the choice for you. The price is affordable. It costs about $20 for a New Zealand sirloin steak that comes with a free drink and a soup.
There are several outlets. The one me and my wife usually frequent is at IMM. The other outlet is at Plaza Singapura.
If you carry a UOB credit card, you get 10% discount off your total bill. If you have a CitiBank Credit card, you get 15% discount. The savings will be good to offset the service charge!
